Civil Litigation Solicitor

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding law firm based in Liverpool. They are seeking a Civil Litigation Lawyer to join their team on a contract basis.

This role pays a competitive salary of £45,000 - £70,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Manage a caseload involving disputes related to a full spectrum of professional negligence matters, contractual claims including insurance disputes, corporate governance, Director/Shareholder cases and more.

• Help to represent clients in appropriate court hearings and alternative dispute resolution forums.

• Provide clear, pragmatic legal advice and maintain strong client relationships.

• Draft and file legal documents and reports, ensuring compliance with legal standards.

• Collaborate with the legal team and contribute to business development efforts.

About you as a Civil Litigation Solicitor:

• Qualified solicitor with at least 8 years of experience in civil litigation;

• The role will involve development across various litigation fields and this will be carefully supervised and managed within the team to ensure continuous development of skills.

• Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

• Ability to manage multiple cases and deliver excellent client service.

• In depth knowledge of the CPR, Court Rules and Case law in relation to Civil Litigation.

• Excellent Research Skills.
