Newly / recently qualified solicitor required to join an established practice in Lancashire as part of their litigation team.

This highly respected practice has scope to add to its litigation team. It would suit a newly or recently qualified solicitor with some experience gained during training or as a paralegal.

The role offers ample opportunity to undertake a varied caseload of civil litigation matters to include

Landlord and tenant matters,

Possession proceedings,

Debt and disputes.

Working alongside senior team members, you will also have the chance to further assist the department with business development and marketing.
