A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented Civil Litigation Solicitor (NQ–4 years PQE) to join a highly respected and thriving Civil Litigation department based in the heart of Liverpool.

This well-established firm is seeking an ambitious and dedicated Solicitor to support the continued growth of its litigation team. The department handles a broad spectrum of matters including psychological injury claims, data breach cases, housing disrepair and actions against the police.

You will manage a small, varied caseload while also assisting Senior Solicitors on high-value, complex litigation.

Applicants should have demonstrable experience in handling civil litigation matters from instruction through to resolution. All areas of civil litigation experience will be considered, as the role offers genuine variety and the chance to develop across multiple disciplines. A proactive attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
