Civil Litigation Solicitor

Litigation Solicitor - Oldham (Full Time, Office Based)

An established law firm with multiple offices across Greater Manchester is looking for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join its team in Oldham.

The Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for a solicitor with at least c.2 years PQE who can manage their own caseload and hit the ground running. The work will cover a broad and varied range of litigation matters including:

• Boundary disputes
• Contentious probate
• Employment matters & settlement agreements
• Contractual disputes
• Commercial and company disputes
• Landlord and tenant issues

What They're Not Looking For

Please note that this role is not suitable for those with a background purely in personal injury, housing disrepair, or industrial disease.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years PQE with proven experience running your own caseload
• Strong technical ability across a variety of litigation areas
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Ability to travel between our six offices across Greater Manchester, so a full driving licence is essential
