We are seeking skilled and motivated Solicitors to join our dynamic legal team in Farnborough. The successful candidates will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid environment, combining remote work with office-based duties. We are looking for professionals in both Civil Litigation and Commercial Conveyancing.

Day-to-day of the role:

Civil Litigation Solicitor Responsibilities:

• Manage a diverse caseload of civil litigation matters, including but not limited to contract disputes, property disputes, and personal injury claims.
• Provide expert legal advice and representation to clients, ensuring the highest standards of service.
• Conduct thorough legal research and prepare detailed case documentation.
• Attend court hearings, mediations, and settlement negotiations.
• Collaborate with colleagues to develop case strategies and achieve favourable outcomes for clients.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.

Commercial Conveyancing Solicitor Responsibilities:

• Handle a variety of commercial property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and development projects.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process.
• Conduct thorough due diligence, including title investigations and property searches.
• Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
• Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in transactions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Manage multiple cases and deadlines efficiently.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in either civil litigation or commercial conveyancing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
