Job Summary:
As a Civil Engineer, you will work under the guidance of senior engineers and project managers to support the planning, design, and execution of various civil engineering projects within the residential, housing, and industrial sectors. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates to gain hands-on experience and develop their skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation of design calculations, drawings, and specifications for residential, housing, and industrial projects. Conduct site visits and surveys to collect data and assess project requirements. Support the development of project plans, schedules, and cost estimates. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including architects, contractors, and other engineers, to ensure project success. Participate in the review and evaluation of project proposals, technical reports, and construction documents. Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. Contribute to the preparation of technical reports and documentation. Assist in the coordination and management of project activities and deliverables. Attend project meetings and provide input on engineering matters. Stay updated with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and practices. Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and MS Office Suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy. Willingness to learn and take on new challenges. Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
