Civil Site Agent

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Civil Site Agent to join a globally recognised infrastructure company delivering a water project in London.

Our client is a leading international organisation operating across more than 40 countries, specialising in the development of major infrastructure that creates a positive environmental and social impact. The role involves managing the day-to-day site operations for their assigned package, coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and resources to ensure work is delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards. 

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise daily site activities and coordinate engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
Plan and monitor construction works, adjusting schedules to minimise delays.
Ensure health, safety, and quality standards are maintained across all site activities.
Manage labour, materials, equipment, and subcontractors to achieve programme targets.
Resolve technical issues, review drawings, and coordinate design changes where required.
Maintain accurate site records, monitor progress, and communicate updates with project teams and clients.
