Location: Kilmarnock, Scotland
Salary: £65,000 + Private Healthcare, Pension, Training & Development, Chartership Support

Are you an experienced Site Engineer ready to take ownership of civil works on major energy projects? Want to develop your career with a company that invests in your future?

Join an established engineering business delivering large-scale projects across the energy, power and renewables sectors. You'll play a key role on a major project in Kilmarnock, overseeing setting out activities, ensuring works meet engineering specifications, and working closely with site teams to keep the project on track.

You can expect hands-on site responsibility, exposure to major engineering works, and opportunities to develop your technical skills through training, professional development and potential international assignments.

The Role

Set out civil works using surveying equipment
Interpret drawings and establish accurate site levels.
Monitor construction quality and resolve site issues.
Maintain survey records and equipment.What They're Looking For

Setting out or site engineering experience.
Experience with Trimble, total stations, GPS or similar.
Knowledge of construction drawings.
Flexibility to travel to sites.Interested?
