Civil3D Technician

Our client, a prominent consultancy in the highways sector, is seeking a Civil3D Technician to join their team on a contract basis. This role offers the chance to work on a variety of infrastructure and highway projects, leveraging the latest advancements in Civil3D technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Supporting 278 work, from preliminary CAD feasibility to detailed design schemes
Delivering detailed design work for larger junction schemes, including longitudinal design and level sections
Collaborating with both the transport planning team and external stakeholders to ensure project delivery
Independently managing workflows originating from transport planning projects or directly from developers and contractors
Maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy in all project deliverables
Providing technical insights and solutions to complex design problems
Adhering to project timelines and budgets

Job Requirements:

Significant experience in infrastructure and highway projects
Proficiency in Civil3D software
Understanding of 278 work and related detailed design processes
Strong technical skills in civil engineering design
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities
Strong communication and project management skills
