Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman (Nights)

Location: Oxford, Oxfordshire
Rate: £25 - £30/hr (overtime rate on weekends & nights)

Duration: 10 weeks+

Shifts: 9:00pm – 7:00am, 7 days/week

360 Recruitment is currently working with a well-established civil engineering contractor who are looking to bring in an experienced Civils Supervisor / Working Foreman to support a project in Oxfordshire.

This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who can both lead from the front and get involved on-site when needed.

The Role

You’ll be responsible for supervising day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. You’ll play a key part in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and keeping programmes on track.

Key Responsibilities

Supervising site teams and subcontractors
Ensuring works are completed in line with drawings and specifications
Maintaining high health & safety standards on-site
Supporting site management with planning and delivery
Hands-on involvement where required (working foreman capacity)
Monitoring progress and reporting updates
Requirements

Proven experience in a Civils Supervisor or Working Foreman role
Strong background in general civil engineering works including: Ducting, Groundworks, RC frame / reinforced concrete
SMSTS
CSCS Card
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to obtain SC Clearance
