Our client, a respected and growing civil engineering and groundworks contractor, is seeking experienced Project Managers to join their expanding operations across the North West.
Role Overview:
As a Project Manager, you will oversee multiple sites, ensuring all groundworks packages are delivered safely, on time, and to technical specification. You will work closely with site teams, clients, subcontractors, and senior leadership to maintain high standards across quality, cost control, and health & safety.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day project operations, ensuring programme and budget compliance Lead site teams, offering guidance, support, and clear communication Oversee groundworks activities including excavation, drainage, foundations, and infrastructure works Liaise with clients, consultants, local authorities, and internal stakeholders Ensure all works adhere to company policies, industry standards, and H&S regulations Produce progress reports and manage project documentationAbout You:
Proven experience as a Project Manager within groundworks, civil engineering, or related sectors Strong technical understanding of groundworks processes Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities SMSTS, CSCS (Black/White), and relevant qualifications are advantageousWhat's on Offer:
