Civils Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Civils Project Manager to join our Delivery Team. In this role, you will lead and deliver  projects across both clean and wastewater sites for Yorkshire Water.

•    Up to £65k, plus a company car or car allowance

•    Experience in project managing and delivering civils projects  
•    Possess a higher-level construction management qualification, or civil engineering degree
•    Experience in managing pre-construction civils processes, creating a scope of works, supporting on tenders and producing programs
•    Strong understanding of quality assurance, CDM regulations and Regulations
•    Experience with temporary works management
•    Experience leading and mentoring a team
•    Ability to read construction drawings
•    Experience in writing RAMS and CPPs
•    Ability to identify and manage risks, ensuring compliance with safe systems of work.
•    Strong IT skills, in particular MS Excel
•    Full clean UK driving licence
