We are recruiting for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a civil engineering contractor delivering a range of projects across the region.
The successful candidate will have a strong civils subcontracting background, with experience across civils, groundworks and drainage projects. The nature of the business some estimating experience would be an advantage. Typical project values range from £100k up to around £5million.
Projects include:

•✈️ Airport projects
•🏠 Housing developments
•🚧 Groundworks
•💧 Drainage
• Civil engineering & infrastructure

Project values: £100k - £5 million

We're looking for:

• Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor
• Strong civils / groundworks background
• Experience with drainage packages
• Commercial and contractual awareness
• Ability to manage projects from procurement through to final account
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
