Civils Site Agent - Water

Your new company
You will be joining an established Tier 1 civil engineering contractor operating in the water industry. This high-profile and multi-accredited organisation has a strong pipeline of work in the water sector, delivering projects between £1m-£15m directly for Severn Trent Water. They offer excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development, and due to continued success, they are seeking a Site Agent to join their team.

This is a full-time site-based position within the Severn Trent Water region.

Your new role
As Site Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Ensuring adherence to health, safety and environmental policies
• Reporting progress to key project stakeholders
• Managing construction activities
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
• Maintaining budgets and schedules.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful, you must have:

• Experience in civil works within the water (clean and/or waste) industry in a site management capacity
• Ability to manage construction activities and coordinate subcontractors
• Strong leadership, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid
• Full UK driving licence.
