Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civils and groundworks on new build projects with values from £6-12 mill
• Read technical drawings and liaise with the no1 Project Manager / Site Manager
• Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
• Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
• Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
• Typical work will includeearthworks, deep excavations, utilities, car parks andslabs for newbuildcare home projects
• Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
• Support and learn from senior site management
• The role will including working away fromhome as sites can be from the Midlands to Newcastle
