Birmingham to Newcastle covering the North of England
£50,000 per annum

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Oversee all civils and groundworks on new build projects with values from £6-12 mill
• Read technical drawings and liaise with the no1 Project Manager / Site Manager
• Manage direct labour & subcontractors, offering technical guidance
• Ensure quality control & maintain accurate project documentation
• Conduct site inductions & toolbox talks
• Typical work will include earthworks, deep excavations, utilities, car parks and slabs for new build care home projects
• Order materials and maintain commercial awareness
• Support and learn from senior site management
• The role will including working away from home as sites can be from the Midlands to Newcastle

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong technical knowledge of civil works
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications (or willingness to obtain)
• A background as a groundworker or site Engineer
• Good IT skills & ability to complete technical reports
• A Full UK Driving License
