Civils Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Civils Supervisor to join the delivery team on a major industrial scheme located near Bristol.

This is a fantastic opportunity, for a Civils Supervisor/Senior Site Manager to play a key role on a high-profile, multi-million-pound development, working alongside a leading principal contractor on one of the South West's largest industrial schemes.

We're seeking someone who has a strong background in heavy civil engineering or industrial construction projects.

As Civils Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards while maintaining programme milestones.

Essential:

* Previous experience as a Civils Supervisor, General Foreman or Site Supervisor.

* Strong knowledge of earthworks, drainage, reinforced concrete and infrastructure works.

* SMSTS or SSSTS qualification.

* CSCS Supervisor or Manager Card.

* Excellent communication and leadership skills.

* Ability to read engineering drawings and specifications.

* Full UK Driving Licence.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise all civil engineering activities including earthworks, drainage, foundations, concrete works, roads and utilities.

* Coordinate subcontractors, labour and plant to achieve programme targets.

* Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

* Promote and enforce a strong health, safety and environmental culture across site.

* Deliver daily briefings, toolbox talks and site inductions.

* Monitor progress and provide updates to the Site Manager and Project Manager.

* Carry out inspections, quality checks and maintain accurate site records.

* Identify and resolve technical and operational issues to minimise delays.

* Ensure compliance with company procedures and CDM regulations.

Package:

* Basic Salary upto £80,000
