Job Title : Cladder

Pay rate : 21 PH

Location : Birmingham, B12

Long term work

CSCS required

Work:

* Installing wall ties between the inner and outer leaves of a cavity wall to provide structural connection and stability.
* Fitting cavity insulation (such as rigid boards, batts, or partial-fill insulation) within the cavity to meet thermal performance requirements.
* Ensuring the insulation is installed correctly, with joints tightly fitted and cavities kept clear where required.
* Checking that wall ties are correctly spaced, positioned, and free from mortar droppings that could create moisture bridges.
* Maintaining cavity trays, damp-proof courses (DPCs), and weep holes where specified.
