Salary: £22,500

Contract: Permanent

Location: Wythenshawe, on-site

Hours: Mon-Fri (35 hrs) (8am-4pm) or (9am-5pm)

Job Spec:

• Respond promptly to inbound calls from clients, addressing queries with empathy and providing clear updates on claim progress.
• Initiate outbound calls to clients as needed to deliver updates or request additional information required for claim advancement.
• Resend secure links to clients for signatures, identification documents, or other necessary requests in a considerate manner.
• Monitor client inboxes diligently, actioning emails efficiently and ensuring all correspondence is handled professionally.
• Upload client documents received via email into the case management system accurately and securely.
• Log detailed notes from every client interaction into the CRM system to maintain comprehensive records.
• Identify when claim status changes are necessary based on client interactions and update the system accordingly.
• Review pending cancellations regularly to ensure they have been managed appropriately and in line with company procedures.
• Ensure all communications always adhere strictly to GDPR and Data Protection Act regulations.
• Participate actively in team training sessions when new products or systems are introduced, supporting the onboarding of new colleagues as required.

Person Spec:

• Previous experience in Customer Service or Claims
• Organisational skills and being able to prioritise workload
• Previous experience working within regulated environments would be advantageous, but is not essential
