Claimant Injury Paralegal | Hybrid Role | Varied Caseload | National Law Firm ~ £40m+ Turnover
If you're a Personal Injury Paralegal looking to join a high-performing firm with a reputation for quality, flexibility, and internal progression - this could be your next move.
A leading UK Legal 500 firm with offices nationwide is seeking a claimant personal injury paralegal to join its Bristol-based team. This is a permanent, full-time position offering hybrid working (two days in-office), and the chance to handle a wide variety of personal injury claims with a specialist focus on vulnerable road users including cyclists, pedestrians, and motorcyclists, as well as clients with minor to moderate head injuries.
The role involves running your own caseload through all pre- and post-litigation stages, both within and outside the MOJ Portals. You’ll benefit from the support of an advanced CMS and work collaboratively with clients, insurers, medical experts, and other legal professionals. Risk awareness and quality of service are central to the team’s operations, reflected in weekly meetings and structured supervision.
The personal injury department is a key part of the firm's success, generating over £10 million in annual revenue. The claimant PI team itself comprises over 50 legal professionals, including experienced solicitors, legal executives, and paralegals, with clear progression pathways, technical mentoring, and a collaborative environment.
You’ll need to demonstrate previous experience of managing your own claimant PI caseload, ideally including RTA claims. A solid grasp of the MOJ Portal process and litigation is essential. Prior experience with a CMS is expected.
The firm offers a generous benefits package, including 34 days’ annual leave, health cash plan, gym and lifestyle discounts, group legal protection, income protection, and a flexible working culture with hybrid/remote options. Professional development is embedded in the firm’s culture, with internal routes to qualification and a strong emphasis on recognition and long-term career growth.
Salary up to £30,000 DoE.
