Claims Advisor

Location: Redhill, Surrey

My client is looking for a bike-loving Junior Claims Advisor to support customers through the insurance claims process. This unique role combines customer service with hands-on mechanical work, making it ideal for someone who's comfortable around bikes and confident talking to people.

• Supporting customers through their claims journey with empathy and professionalism

• Stripping and rebuilding bikes to assess damage as part of the claims process

• Handling admin tasks like sales orders, dispatches, salvage, and third-party recovery

• Keeping accurate records and updating internal systems

• Spotting suspicious claims and escalating potential fraud

• Being part of a team that genuinely cares about cycling and customer experience

• A genuine passion for cycling and bikes-this is a must!

• Someone who's comfortable in both the workshop and on the phone

• Great problem-solving and communication skills

• Organised, calm under pressure, and eager to learn

• Cytech qualifications or bike mechanic experience a strong advantage not a must!

• Confident with MS Office and general IT systems
