Location: Southend

Salary: Up to £25,000

Working days: Monday to Friday

Working hours: 9am to 5.30pm

Duration of contract: Permanent

Duties:

• Speaking with customers regarding renewals and claims
• Speaking with insurance providers
• Dealing with complaints
• Providing excellent customer service
• General administration

Requirements:

• Experience in claims handling or customer service
• Happy working on the phone
