Claims Assessor | Cardiff/ Hybrid working (3 days in the office per week/2 from home) Mon-Fri 9am to 5pm | Competitive Salary

We are currently looking for a Claims Assessor to join our team in our Cardiff office.

Claims Assessor requirements:

As a Claims Assessor, you'll be a key player in assessing the merits of Property and Employment related claims.

You'll work closely with our Claims Team to understand legal expenses insurance policies and provide top-notch customer service to policyholders and clients.

We're seeking a candidate with legal knowledge regarding employment law and general principles related to employment tribunal claims.

We value professionalism, great customer service, and independent thinking.

The successful candidate will have excellent writing and presentation skills, a passion for customer service, and the ability to manage time effectively while handling multiple deadlines.
