Claims Bordereaux Technician

A Lloyd's broker have a new opening for a Claims Bordereaux Technician on a 9 month contract basis. Responsibilities will include providing a first-class service to Agents and Coverholders, covering all aspects of their Delegated Authority claims bordereaux.

Applicants should have previous experience of working in a Delegated Authority/Binding Authority claims role and ideally have a good knowledge of ECF. This will be a hybrid role and there will be a huge amount of flexibility to work from home.

Duties and Responsibilities

Preparation of and familiarisation with bordereaux collection and other files for effective presentation to Underwriters.
Create entries and update financial records on relevant system(s).
Producing claims statistics and liaising with other teams to produce earned to incurred statistics.
Develop and sustain relationships with Clients, TPA's, Insurers and colleagues.
Maintaining electronic filing system is up to date at all times
Meeting and adhering to agreed service levels and SLA's.
