Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (DOE) + bonus

Role Overview:
You’ll manage commercial insurance claims from start to finish, ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with FCA guidelines. You'll support clients, liaise with insurers and service providers, and keep accurate records throughout the claims process.
Key Responsibilities:
Register and manage claims efficiently
Ensure all claim files are up to date and compliant
Communicate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders
Handle correspondence and calls professionally
Monitor claim progress and follow up regularly
Requirements:
Experience in a similar claims role
Knowledge of FCA regulations
Proficiency in MS Office; Acturis experience preferred
Working towards CII qualifications desirable
Personal Qualities:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
