This is a fantastic opportunity to join a respected and collaborative team, based in the heart of the City with flexible hybrid working. You’ll play a key role in handling complex claims and delivering exceptional service to a diverse client portfolio.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensure swift response and settlement of claims while maintaining high service standards
• Negotiate complex claims with insurers and underwriters to support client retention
• Provide strategic advice to clients on claims matters
• Attend senior-level meetings with clients and the market to resolve high-value or complex cases
• Liaise with placing teams and other internal departments to meet client needs
• Maintain and update in-house systems and produce accurate claims data
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and market contacts
• Contribute to tenders and presentations for new and existing clients
• Monitor market and legal trends to enhance the overall client service offering
• Perform quality control checks on all documentation
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including FCA and Lloyd’s rules

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience in handling insurance claims within the Lloyd’s market
• Confident negotiator with strong communication skills
• Ability to handle complex and high-value claims
• Strong client-facing experience and a collaborative approach
• Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance framework
