You’ll be the key point of contact for managing liability claims, mainly for contractors and tradespeople, ensuring a professional, efficient, and market-leading claims service.

What you’ll need:

• At least 2 years’ experience in claims handling (EL/PL preferred)
• GCSE or equivalent education
• A client-first mindset and attention to detail
• Experience using Acturis is a bonus (or willingness to learn)
