Job Description - CLAIMS HANDLER

Hours: full time (hybrid)

Our client in Bradford is seeking a Personal Injury Claims Handler. Within this long-established and highly regarded law firm, you can develop your hands-on experience as a Claims Handler managing defendant EL and PL claims.

Daily Duties

  • Managing a varied defendant PI caseload throughout the litigation process
  • Liaising with clients and third parties to develop strong relationships
  • Assisting with non - litigated files (occasional)
  • Maintaining financial and risk management information and AML
  • Dealing with opponents, experts, statutory bodies and clients by email and phone.

Required Skills

  • Previous experience in PI claims handling
  • Strong Client care and organisational skills.
