CLAIMS HANDLER

We are a busy claims company based in Carshalton, working for an insurance company who specialises in Hire and Reward. Due to continued growth, we have a position within our FNOL department, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to be part of a busy and successful team.

As a claims handler you will be the first point of contact with customers regarding FNOL claims calls. Within the role you will be responsible for receiving incoming calls and making outbound calls to customers after an accident, ensuring claims are processed accurately and efficiently from start to finish gathering the correct information. This role will suit individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong customer service ethos. You will be hardworking and reliable with the ability to use your own initiative as well as working within a team.

• An effective communicator who is confident on the telephone

• IT literate

A competitive salary depending on skills and experience.

Previous experience within insurance or financial services is not required, retail or other customer facing experience would be useful but not essential.
