Claims Handler - Commercial Broker

FANTASTIC OPPORTUNITY

We are working with Commerical Broker, who has ambitious growth plans and now looking to add a Claims Handler to their Team based in Dartford.

Duties to include:

• Handling daily diary for outstanding claims
• Reporting new claims to insurers either over the phone or via email
• Chasing repair estimates from clients and the subsequent repair authority from insurers
• Handling claims related queries from clients and being their first point of contact
• Setting up claims for new clients that we have been appointed on
• Chasing updates from insurers throughout the life cycle of a claim and updating the client accordingly
• Supporting the Operations Directors by preparing claim reports / setting up quarterly claim’s reviews with clients

• Ideal Experience:

• Predominantly Motor Fleet experienced from a Brokers perspective (at least 2 years)
• Willing to learn other classes of insurance
• Started or willing to start Cert CII exams
• Acturis experience
