Claims Insights Manager

We're looking for an experienced analytics leader to shape the future of claims performance across Motor and Home. You'll use data to uncover trends, improve efficiency, and support better decision-making across the claims journey.

Key focus areas:

·Turning complex claims data into actionable insight
·Driving operational improvements and efficiency gains
·Partnering with senior stakeholders across claims, pricing, and actuarial
·Leading and developing a small analytics team

About you:

·Strong background in insurance data analytics (Personal Lines preferred)
·Skilled in stakeholder management and data storytelling
·Proven experience leading analysts and driving change
