Claims Liaison

We're looking for a Claims Liaison to join the Auger family based at our state-of-the-art head office in Wallasey. This role is key in ensuring a smooth and empathetic customer journey through the claims process, while enabling our Claims Technicians to focus on technical casework.

Financials

• Starting Salary -£14,870.70
  


• Annual Bonus – approx. £2000 - £2500 (pro-rata'd accordingly if part-time)


• 5.5% Pension Contribution 

Working Hours

• Part Time – 22.5hrs per week

• 22 Days Annual Leave + 8 Bank Holidays (Pro-rata dependent upon hours)

The Role

• Provide customer-focused support, acting as a key point of contact throughout the claim process


• Ensure claims progress smoothly by managing communications, updates, and expectations, delivering a high standard of customer care at all times


• Support the Claims team by handling non-technical tasks, inbound enquiries, and correspondence, enabling Claims Technicians to focus on technical assessments

• Excellent verbal and written communication, enabling you to convey information clearly and professionally


• A capable multi-tasker, who can handle inbound phone calls, take notes and complete follow up actions, without compromising on quality


• A passion for customer care and an empathetic approach


• Ability to adapt your approach to suit different customer circumstances, and think quickly to resolve their problems calmly


• Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to keep records and correspondence up to date


• Able to manage a varied workload, prioritising tasks effectively to meet service level agreements


• A proactive team player who supports colleagues and contributes to a positive team environment
