Claims Manager

Growing Stockport insurance process outsourcing specialist is looking for a Claims Performance Manager to join their team.

The role will involve:

• Day to day management of a sales based claims team
• Assessing and improving processes and team performance
• Overseeing staff recruitment, training and retention

A knowledge of credit hire and/or personal injury claims would be strongly preferable. This is a newly created role due to growth and will be a really interesting opportunity for someone to really put their stamp on a role!

There is some flexibility on hours; core working hours for the claims team sit between 8am-8pm.

Salary is negotiable depending on skills and experience; a guide of £33-40k was given.
