Claims Manager - Property

Eames is currently working closely with a well-regarded Lloyd's Syndicate who are looking to appoint a Claims Manager in their First Party Claims team, on a fixed term basis. This individual will be handling a mixed caseload of lead international property D&F claims, while leading a team of specialists.

Responsibilities:

• Primarily responsible for delivering a first-class claims management service, representative of the syndicate
• Manage large and complex claims efficiently, while working closely with the Head of First Party claims to provide technical support to specialist across the first party team
• Meet with internal and external stakeholders regularly, both supporting on and leading meetings
• Responsible for the allocation of claims throughout the team, ensuring claims are triaged effectively
• Liaise with stakeholders efficiently throughout the claims process, from first notification to resolution

Required Experience:

• 10+ years' experience handling Property claims in the London Market, with experience handling lead claims
• While people management skills are desirable, they are not a requirement for this role
