Job Description - Claims Specialist - Financial Institutions

Job Title: Claims Specialist - Financial Institutions

Arthur are proud to be partnering with highly regarded and prestigious global broker in their search for a Financial Lines Claims Specialist. If you are you a seasoned professional in Financial Lines Claims with expertise in London Market processes and want to be part of a dynamic claims team representing top Financial Institutions globally, then I want to hear from you! My client has an exciting hybrid opportunity for you, offering flexibility to work from home or in their London office.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and strategise the notification, agreement, collection, and settlement of Financial Lines claims
Handle first notifications for D&O, PI, and Crime claims
Negotiate with clients, underwriters, and other stakeholders, ensuring clear communication regarding settlements
Analyse data to identify trends in claims for specific clients or portfolios
Collaborate with the Head of Financial Lines Advocacy to address complex claims

Experiance:

Experience in managing claims from initial notification to resolution
Knowledge of Financial Lines Claims, with the ability to facilitate discussions with clients and underwriters
Familiarity with CLASS and ECF Processing systems (preferred)
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Strong interpersonal skills
