Claims Surveyor / Disputes Specialist

Birmingham or London based (hybrid)

We are excited to be partnering with a Quantity Surveying / Construction Consultancy to recruit a Claims Surveyor / Disputes Specialist.

You will work independently, reporting into a wider claims/dispute team, actively progressing/managing a portfolio of complex claims related to variations, disruption, prolongation, and more. You will work closely with clients preparing robust documentation and leading settlement negotiations with confidence.

This role offers autonomy, variety and the opportunity to make a real impact across multiple sectors.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An in-depth understanding of construction contracts and claims processes
• Experience in negotiating fair settlements and preparing structured claims
• Strong attention to detail and report writing ability
• Chartered member of RICS is preferred but not essential
• A strong ability to build rapport and develop client relationships
• The ability to manage multiple claims simultaneously
