Class 1 And 2 Drivers

Sterling Recruitment Services are now recruiting for Class 1 and Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our clients team based in Middlesbrough.
The role involves delivering and collecting materials from customers and sites throughout the North East, Yorkshire and East Riding.
The Role:
* Delivering and collecting materials across the North East, Yorkshire and East Riding.
* Carrying out daily vehicle checks and ensuring vehicles are kept in a safe, roadworthy condition.
* Ensuring loads are secure and all deliveries and collections are completed safely.
* Completing delivery paperwork and relevant documentation accurately.
* Working safely and efficiently while complying with drivers’ hours and transport regulations.
The Candidate:
* Holds a valid Class 1 (C+E) or Class 2 (C) driving license.
* Holds a valid Driver CPC qualification and digital tachograph card.
* Has a good knowledge of the North East and Yorkshire road networks.
* Is reliable, punctual and able to work Independently.
* Has a professional attitude and good communication skills.
