Pertemps are currently recruiting for HGV 1 Drivers to join a leading global provider of international logistics and supply chain solutions company based in Basingstoke.
This role will start on an ad hoc basis, but can lead to a more permanent role going forward

Duties as a Class 1 HGV Driver:
- Delivering goods to stores across the south of UK
- Operating Curtain sided vehicle
- Carrying heavy items into customer premises
- Building a good relationship with the customers
- Regular routes will be available
- Ensuring deliveries are delivered in a timely and professional manner

Requirements for this Class 2 HGV Driving role:
- Must be physically fit for this role as heavy lifting will be involved on deliveries
- UK Driving Licence (Max. 6pts)
- HGV Class 1 Qualification
- CPC/Digi Tacho
- Safety Boots & Hi-Vis (Provided if needed)

More about the Role
- £16.95ph PAYE starting plus overtime
- Start time Between 5am - 7am or 5pm
- Average of 5-10 drops per day
- Monday to Friday shifts when needed
