About the role

Working Monday – Friday days, you will be responsible for:

• Driving a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on local and regional day runs, Monday to Friday
• Moving mainly fridge loads, with dry loads when needed
• Doing your daily walkaround checks and flagging any issues
• Keeping an eye on fridge temps to make sure everything stays just right
• Getting goods delivered safely and on time
• Sorting out the basic paperwork and delivery logs
• Following the usual road rules and tachograph regs.

About you

You will be an experienced and dependable Class 1 driver with a valid C+E licence, up-to-date CPC, and digital tachograph card. You take pride in safe, efficient driving and understand the importance of delivering on time. You’ll be comfortable handling fridge work (training can be given if needed) and happy to pitch in with the dry loads. You’re professional, easy to get along with, and like to keep things running smoothly. If you enjoy being out on the road during the day, this role could be ideal for you.
