Class 1 Driver

Job Title: Class 1 HGV Driver
Location: Based in Leicester
Pay Rates:

• Weekday AM: From £17.00 per hour

• Saturday AM: From £18.00 per hour

• Night Out Allowance: £25.00

Type: Ongoing Temporary / Temp-to-Perm Potential

We’re working with a large, well-established national retail distribution business that supplies a broad range of everyday consumer goods across hundreds of UK store locations. Due to continued demand, they are now looking for reliable Class 1 HGV Drivers to join their Leicester-based logistics operation.

This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced drivers looking for regular, ongoing work in a professional and supportive environment.

• Completing store deliveries using caged goods

• Assisting with unloading at store locations

• Reloading trailers with empty cages for return

• Ensuring safe, compliant, and professional transport at all times

• Valid Class 1 (C+E) Licence - minimum 2 years’ experience

• Valid CPC & Digital Tachograph Card

• No more than 6 points on licence

• No DR or IN convictions

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Flexibility for early AM starts or weekend shifts preferred

• Well-organised transport team and clean modern fleet

• Weekly pay
