Are you an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver ?

Regional Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced HGV Class 1 Drivers on behalf of a leading logistics company seeking a motivated individual to join their team. This role offers long-term work, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right candidate.

Requirements

Essential:

Valid LGV C+E driving license
Right to work in the UK
Ability to complete a 5-year employment history check
Clean basic DBS check (or willingness to obtain)
Willing to complete CO (Cargo Operative) aviation security training (4 hour online course)
Good understanding of secure handling / compliance procedures
Reliable and flexible with working hours
Eligible for airside security clearance
Desirable:

Previous experience in air cargo, aviation, or secure transport
 Knowledge of aviation security regulation
Roles & Responsibilities

Transport secure air cargo on airport-to-airport runs   
Maintain chain of custody at all times
 Follow all company and CAA security procedures
Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness  
Complete delivery documentation accurately  
Adhere to drivers’ hours and compliance regulations
