Class 1 Driver – Immediate Start Available

We are recruiting an experienced Class 1 Driver in Nuneaton for ongoing, full-time depot-to-depot trunking work.

This is a long-term Class 1 Driver role offering straightforward trunking work with no handball involved. As a Class 1 Driver, you will be completing depot-to-depot deliveries, making this an ideal opportunity for a Class 1 Driver looking for consistent work, regular hours, and a supportive transport operation.

Key Responsibilities – Class 1 Driver

*

Safely operate a Class 1 (C+E) vehicle on scheduled trunking routes

*

Complete depot-to-depot deliveries between distribution centres

*

Carry out daily vehicle checks and defect reporting

*

Complete all delivery paperwork accurately

*

Ensure loads are transported safely and securely

*

Follow driver hours, WTD, and road safety regulations

*

Communicate effectively with the transport team

Requirements – Class 1 Driver

*

Valid UK Class 1 (C+E) licence

*

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Must have held a Class 1 licence for a minimum of 1 year

*

Previous Class 1 driving experience is essential

*

Maximum of 6 penalty points (no DD, DR, IN, TT, CD or other major endorsements)

*

Reliable, professional, and safety-focused

*

Able to pass a driving assessment if required
