Manpower is recruiting on behalf of our client for experienced Class 1 Drivers to join a busy and professional transport operation based in Sandford.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will play a vital role in delivering a safe, efficient, and professional service to customers across the UK. Key responsibilities include:

Delivering alcoholic products to RDCs, retail stores, and warehouse locations nationwide.
Completing planned out-and-back routes while ensuring deliveries are made safely and on time.
Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a professional approach at all times.
Communicating effectively with the transport team regarding delivery progress and any operational issues.
Managing driving hours and working time in full compliance with relevant legislation and company procedures.
Participating in ongoing training and development programmes to maintain and enhance professional skills.

Essential Skills & Experience

To be considered for this role, you must have:

A valid UK HGV Class 1 (Category CE) Licence.
A current Driver CPC qualification card.
A valid UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card.
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Good geographical knowledge and route-planning ability.
