We are a well-established and expanding logistics business specialising in temperature-controlled transport across the UK. We are currently seeking professional and reliable HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers to join our team.

The Role

As a Class 1 Driver, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient collection and delivery of goods while maintaining high standards of professionalism, safety and customer service.

Key responsibilities include:

* Driving HGV Class 1 (C+E) vehicles on UK routes.

* Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting.

* Ensuring deliveries and collections are completed safely and on time.

* Maintaining accurate transport documentation.

* Complying with drivers' hours, Working Time Directive and road transport regulations.

* Representing the business professionally at customer sites.

Requirements

Essential:

* Valid UK HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence.

* Driver CPC qualification.

* Digital Tachograph Card.

* Good understanding of drivers' hours and transport legislation.

* Strong work ethic and professional attitude.

Desirable:

* Experience within temperature-controlled distribution.

* Previous RDC or retail delivery experience.
