Class 1 Driver

KCJ are looking for EXPERIENCED Class 1 C+E Drivers to work with us on a full-time basis for one of our clients based in Swindon.

The Class 1 Driver will:

* Always present themself in a reliable and professional manner.

* Will have held a C+E licence with a minimum of 12 months experience and being over the age of 25 years of age.

* You must have a valid digital tachograph card and an up-to-date Driver CPC Card.

* Have a positive attitude, and always strive to drive safely and economically.

* Work from your own initiative.

The Class 1 Driver Role includes, but is not limited to:

* Carrying out legally obliged vehicle checks, while maintaining the vehicle to a satisfactory condition.

* Trunking from RDC to stores.

* No manual handling or unloading is required.

* Ensuring delivery windows are achieved.

* Ensuring all loads are secure and returns are loaded correctly.

* Following route maps issued by RDC to avoid Bridge Strikes.

* Varied start times are available throughout the day and afternoon.

Pay & Hours for a Class 1 Driver:

* Varied Start times (AM/PM)

* Monday To Friday

* Salary. £37,000 to £44,000 Per Year
