Pay Rate: £16.00 - £25.00 PER HOUR

We are looking for HGV Class 1 drivers for ongoing work, we have Thursday to Sunday and Friday to Sunday available.

Rates of Pay:

• Monday to Friday DAYS (06:00 - 22:00) £16 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday Nights (22:00 - 06:00) £19 per hour
• Friday night (22:00 - 06:00) £22 per hour
• Saturday Day (06:00 -22:00) £19 per hour
• Saturday Night (22:00 - 06:00) £25 per hour
• Sunday Day (06:00 - 22:00) £22 per hour
• Basic over time. After 42 Hours Worked - £21.28 per hour
• Monday to Friday DAYS (06:00 - 22:00) £16 per hour
• Sunday to Thursday Nights (22:00 - 06:00) £19 per hour
• Friday night (22:00 - 06:00) £22 per hour
• Saturday Day (06:00 -22:00) £19 per hour

• Basic over time. After 42 Hours Worked - £21.28 per hour

Day to Day Duties

• Follow Company procedures and comply with the Driving rules and regulations
• Ensure daily vehicle checks are completed and unit is well presented at all time
• Complete deliveries to stores and trunks to RDC's

Essential Skills

• Hold Category UK C+E licence for a minimum of 2 years
• Hold UK CPC and Digital Tacho Card
• Have a minimum of 24 months experience driving C+E vehicles
• Maximum of 6 penalty points with no major endorsement codes
• Work in a professional manner

Desirable Experience

• Experience of store deliveries and trunk runs is desirable but not essential.

What training is provided?

• All drivers are required to pass a driving assessment and complete two days classroom paid induction.
• Successful candidates will be required to complete further training with a core driver.
