Class 1 Hgv Driver

Accept Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV driver to work with a leading recycling haulage client. The role involves operating walking floor vehicles, transporting recyclable materials efficiently and safely, with potential for overnight tramping routes.

Key Responsibilities

* Operate walking floor HGVs safely and professionally.

* Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance.

* Collect and deliver recyclable materials to customer sites and depots.

* Complete accurate driver logs and paperwork.

* Work long days, with the possibility of multi-day tramping routes.

Requirements

* Valid Class 1 (C+E) licence with Driver CPC.

* Experience driving walking floor vehicles preferred.

* Ability to work long shifts and occasional overnight trips.

* Safety-conscious, reliable, and flexible.

* Strong team-working skills.
