Class 1 HGV Driver

Location: Bristol
Pay Rate: £16.36 per hour
Working Hours: 08:15 - 18:00 (45-minute break included)
Job Type: Ongoing Agency Work

We are recruiting for an experienced Class 1 HGV Driver to join a busy logistics and distribution company based in Bristol.

This is a collections-only role, completing approximately 5 collections per day with minimal manual handling involved.

What You'll Be Doing

• 
  

  Completing approximately 5 collections per day

  
  


• 
  

  Driving a Class 1 vehicle on scheduled collection routes

  
  


• 
  

  Moving pallets within the trailer using a pump truck

  
  


• 
  

  Ensuring collections are completed safely and on time

  
  


• 
  

  Carrying out daily vehicle checks

  
  


• 
  

  Following all transport and health and safety procedures

  
  

What We're Looking For

• 
  

  Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving licence

  
  


• 
  

  Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

  
  


• 
  

  Previous Class 1 driving experience

  
  


• 
  

  Good understanding of drivers' hours and regulations

  
  


• 
  

  Reliable with good time management

  
  


• 
  

  Comfortable using a pump truck when required
