• Day shift rate 06.00 to 18.00, - £16.42,


• Night shift rate 18.00 to 06.00, - £19.11.


• Additional Bank Holiday working payments.


• Rest day working payment additional £46.90 per shift.


• 23 days holiday and 8 Bank holidays per year.

Create the Future

As a key member of our Logistics operation and an ambassador for Arla across the UK, you will work as part of a larger driver team, collecting raw milk from our dairy producers and transporting it to our manufacturing sites. We are looking for both day shift and night shift drivers working a 5 on 3 off pattern with a minimum of 42hrs per week. You’ll promote our culture and values every day and be willing to participate in training and business development activities. As a forward thinker, you will be confident to challenge the status quo and improve our ways of working and be willing to go the extra mile for our farmer owners and colleagues alike.

You are

A motivated team player with a Class 1 Licence, who knows about supply chain processes and adhering to health and safety rules. It’s therefore vital you can understand and read all signage, and communicate well with others, especially as our sites run on teamwork. What’s more, you’re as serious about quality as we are - and ready to work hard to achieve it.
