Class 1 Night Tramper Driver

Galaxy Personnel are currently looking for a C+E driver to do night trunking for our client in Fakenham
Monday to Friday approximately 50 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:
* Operate Class 1 vehicles safely on designated night trunking and delivery routes across the UK.
* Conduct thorough pre-and-post-trip vehicle checks, reporting any defects immediately to ensure road worthiness. * Ensure secure coupling and uncoupling of the prime mover and drawbar trailer combinations.
* Adhere strictly to EU Drivers’ Hours, Tachograph regulations, and the Working Time Directive (WTD).
* Complete all digital and physical paperwork, including delivery notes and run sheets, with high accuracy.
* Maintain continuous communication with the Norwich transport hub regarding traffic delays or scheduling updates.
* Comply with all health and safety protocols at both the primary depot and third-party delivery sites.

Requirements & Qualifications:
Licence: Valid UK Driving Licence with Category C+E (Class 1) entitlement.

Qualifications:
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card and Digital Tachograph Card.
Experience: Minimum 6 months driving experience

Compliance: Excellent working knowledge of road transport regulations and driver hour limits.
